Your role
Do you have strong analytical skills? Do you want to gain in-depth knowledge of financials and fee flows of fund products and investment foundations? Do you want to bring our fund management company to the next level?
We're looking for a Finance Operational Specialist to:
• Ensure regular assets and NNM calculation and reporting with data upload into the AM finance reporting environment
• Being responsible to execute all Finance and Fee Flow tasks for the UBS Investment Foundations 1, 2 and 3
• Be part of the competence center for financial questions related to UBS Fund Management Switzerland and UBS Investment Foundations
• Having regular interactions with the fund administrator to cover financial topics, including fee invoicing processes, execution of plausibility checks of fee billings and production of fee templates
• Produce regular inputs for BoD meetings and for the annual report of the legal entity
Your team
You'll be working in the Analytics & Reporting team in Krakow. Our team is responsible for all finance and fee flow related tasks of UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG and of UBS Investment Foundations. As a Finance Operational Specialist, you'll work closely with our accounting team and the UBS AM CFO area, as well as the financial area of our Fund Administrator, the Fund Management Company in Luxembourg and our specialists from UBS Investment Foundations.
We are a small and dynamic team. You will work closely with the existing Finance Operational Specialist.
Your expertise
• ideally 3 - 5 years' Fund Management experience with a focus on Financials and Fee Flows
• good knowledge of the product structure of Funds and Investment Foundations
• Ideally accounting diploma
• Deep application skills (Microsoft Office Suite and databases knowledge)
• Interested in operational activities, strong analytical thinking and result-oriented attitude
• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• excellent communicator with high standards for stakeholder service
• fluent in English to support the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
