Role profile: A Purchase to Pay subject matter expert, with expert knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or Procurement, with a proven track record of delivering change across a global finance function within the Purchase to Pay modules. ROLE SUMMARY: The Business Analyst - Cash Out will provide knowledge and expertise to ensure that impacts from new system and process design are documented, understood and managed with stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. We are looking for a Purchase to Pay subject matter expert, with a proven track of delivering change across a global finance function within the Purchase to Pay modules. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: As a Purchase to Pay Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will be leading impact assessments to existing processes driven by the new global system and process design for Purchase to Pay. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline the localisation of roll outs as a part of ERP implementation for accounts payable and procurement functions. Lead the gathering of all localisation requirements across legal entities in each jurisdiction and reviewing these against Regulatory and Tax rules to establish build required for each jurisdiction. Fully document all relevant processes, ensuring ownership is understood and that owners are shared within the wider stakeholder engagement plans. Work closely with Functional Consultants and Change Managers to ensure that impacts to existing processes and stakeholders are documented and understood. Lead the creation of User Acceptance Testing scenarios and test scripts. Work closely with Functional Consultants to create functional specifications for any required integrations. Assist the Change Managers to develop stakeholder maps, training materials and communications to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the transformation initiatives, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and service providers. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to the accounts payable and procurement teams on best practices and process improvements WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Expert knowledge and experience of Purchase to Pay processes and cycles along with their touchpoints to wider Finance modules within Oracle Fusion ERP. Extensive experience in ERP project implementations within Purchase to Pay, bringing knowledge, experience and best practice to share with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams. Has strong experience in Procurement or Payables module or both and can independently work to create process mapping and documentation. Has previously worked through complex requirements to establish options for feasible workarounds and innovative solutions to meet the needs of client teams. Previous experience developing UAT scenarios and test scripts. Extensive experience of system implementation life cycle and phases, including the various key documents to be prepared including BRD, FSD, Test scripts, User manuals, Training guides Ability to understand the business requirement, map to system features and functions and create design documents and functional specification documents Can perform testing activities effectively and train internal teams.
