We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager, Liabilities and FX

Principal responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of Liabilities/FX business growth initiatives and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with different business units to implement programs, including end-to-end process management, target identification, budget planning, frontline training, customer communication and campaign result evaluation to enhance the product penetration and profitability
  • Implement change and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time, execute customer journey and transaction migration initaitives
  • Develop customer / product MIs to understand customer behavior, revenue dynamics and trend, and in turn drive continuous improvement of product development and profitability management
  • Ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation
Requirements
  • University Degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of two years solid experience in deposits, FX product management, or other product management experience within Retail Banking
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
  • Numerate and positive individual, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, ability to embrace change
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
