You will join our Accounting and Finance team and become a part of our rapidly growing team working on our BankPro project.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monthly/year end process
- Maintain and update accounting records via accounting software SAP
- Prepare and maintain ad hoc financial reports
- Liaise with banks and being responsible for initiating bank payments
- Liaise with Creditors and process reconciliations including bank and creditors accounts
This role will have more focus towards reconciliation:
- Execution of all daily reconciliation and control processes, such that any abnormal transactions are identified, investigated and corrected
- Execution of daily safeguarding tasks (client money segregation and reconciliation)
- Resolving daily issues impacting our customers or ability to demonstrate control of funds
Requirements
- Holder of AAT, degree in accounting, part qualified or newly qualified accountant
- Previous 1-4 years' experience in a similar position. Fresh graduate application will also be considered
- Ability to work as a team member
- The ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage own workload
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP
