We're looking for someone like that to:
• Manage all operational aspects of our Passive & ETF Fund ranges (e.g. trade related tasks, Data dissemination, account opening, Invoicing, etc.)
• Responsible for the launch and closure of share classes
• Responsible for dividend distributions (e.g. calculation of distribution amount for monthly distributing share classes)
• Responsible for any kind of statistics and reports for internal and external purposes (including regulatory)
• Manage, control and oversight various outsourced activities of our platform supported by SLAs, defining the obligations for services between Platform Management and the various service providers
• Support our Sales Teams in any day-to-day queries and to follow-up on ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
• Manage SI related projects and prepare/submit regulatory documents such as SFDR Annexes
• Manage our Prospectus and Filing processes (e.g. co-ordination of reviews and approvals)

Your team

You'll be working in the Traditional Product Structuring - Platform Management team. We manage the product platforms: ensure day-to-day operations, are responsible for the share class launches and corporate actions (e.g. dividend distributions etc.). We own the SI stream within Traditional Product Structuring and manage all the filings of our funds. We work closely with several key functions and stakeholders, leading important projects across platforms. We also implement regulatory changes, review and monitor the ongoing suitability and commercial viability of existing products.

Your expertise

In particular, you have:
• Finalized your studies preferably in economics, banking and finance or business administration
• An interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
• Willingness to work in the fund industry
• Good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products, programming skills (e.g. VBA, R, Python) is a plus
• Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• An autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
• Excellent English (written and oral)
