The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service/front office role or in a Chartered Accounting practice.

Position Responsibilities
  • Answer and respond to client queries as required.
  • Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team.
  • Maintain client database and update client details as required.
  • Work in collaboration with the team to prepare and lodge ATO and ASIC documentation.
  • Ensure stationery and office supplies are in stock and at adequate levels.
  • Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners.
  • Other duties as required.
