The collaborator will have for objective to develop and enhance the application perimeter of IT Shared Services department within LCH SA (LSEG group). Inside an Agile Feature team, it means to deliver enhancement and fixes based on priority given by Product Owner ensuring reliability, efficiency and maintainability of the delivered code based on CI/CD practices.
Position within the LCH company
The collaborator will join, as an Agile Developer, the IT Shared Services department from LCH SA in a team composed by an agile master, business analysts, quality analysts and agile developers.
The collaborator will report to his direct manager.

Au sein d'une équipe Agile, il s'agit essentiellement de faire évoluer les logiciels selon les besoins priorisés par les sponsors des lignes métiers en améliorant la fiabilité, l'efficacité et la maintenabilité du code en respectant les pratiques de l'intégration continue.

Le candidat ou la candidate intégrera, en qualité de Développeur Agile la direction IT Shared Services IT au sein de LCH SA dans une équipe composée d'un Agile Master / Business Analystes, Analystes Qualité ainsi que de Développeurs Agiles.

- Evaluate and estimate impacts of a code change.
- Implement code enhancements and fixes in accordance to business needs.
- Ensure code conformity.
- Enhance code quality. Technical Product Manager, Cloud and Developer Productivity
- Participate in continuous improvement of his team.
- Participate to on-board and train new joiners on the perimeter.
- Master development in Front End (Angular 8 & 9) and Back End (Java 20 & 21 and SpringBoot 2.3)
- Master software architecture
- Master Oracle SQL / PLSQL.
- Good knowledge of KSH scripting.
- Experience required in TDD development under a CI/CD pipeline
- Experienced profile (more than 5 years' experience).
- Knowledge in software engineering (UT, TDD, Refactoring, Clean Code...).
- Knowledge in agile practices (US, Scrum...).
- Fluent in English (daily exchange with IT located in London).
- Very good communication skills.
- Good analyse and synthesis skills.
- Direct, dynamic and proactive approach to anticipate and master challenges.
- Team spirit and capacity to work with diverse teams located in Paris, London, Colombo, or external partners .

- Implémenter les évolutions dans le code
- Produire le logiciel en assurant sa conformité
- Rehausser la qualité du code (ajout de TU, TDD)
- Participer à l'amélioration continue de l'équipe
- Participer à l'intégration de nouveaux membres de l'équipe sur le périmètre SA IT Shared Services
- Développement en Front End sous Angular 8 & 9 et en Back End sous Java 20 & 21 et Spring boot 2.3
- Maîtrise de l'architecture web (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss...)
- Maitrise du SQL / PLSQL sous oracle
- Maitrise de script KSH
- Expérience requise en développement TDD sous usine logicielle (BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube...)
- Niveau anglais : bilingue (Echanges quotidiens avec le fournisseur IT basé à Londres)
- Très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
- Très bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse (reporting)
- Approche directe, dynamique et proactive pour anticiper et dépasser les difficultés
- Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles situées à Paris et à Londres mais aussi avec des partenaires externes
