  • Performing broad secretarial duties of EMEA Risk Management Committees, including providing support to the primary secretary for senior Risk Committees.
  • Compiling and reviewing meeting packs.
  • Attending and minuting meetings, including following up on agreed actions.
  • Contribute to updating external disclosures owned by the EMEA Risk Governance team.
  • Co-ordinate annual / ad-hoc reviews of EMEA Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • Develop ad-hoc presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Required
  • Experience of at least seven years, gained within financial services, with prior experience in areas relating to governance, Committee management and policies and procedures.
  • Excellent business writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality minutes in a timely manner for senior management or external stakeholders.
  • Confidence to take ideas forward and to challenge others, where appropriate, with experience in management by influence, facilitating and gaining consensus.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of senior stakeholders, both written and verbally, across various geographical locations.
  • Able to work independently in a self-directed way in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and ability to provide information in usable formats (proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
