Our client is an international organization located in Geneva.

Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible of the following:

• Management of account payables
  • Invoices checking
  • Invoices approval follow-up
  • Financial & Analytical codification
  • Invoices recording
  • Management due payables
  • Prepare payment proposal
  • Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Manage Travel & Expenses (Concur)
  • Support staff members for travel & expenses
  • Daily support on basic admin tasks
  • Daily support on checking travel & expenses entries and manage booking

• Contribute to prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closings
  • Relative balance sheet accounts reconciliation

The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will bring the following background and experience:

• Bachelor in Finance or Brevet Federal (even in progress)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial accounting
• Good knowledge in cost accounting and Swiss VAT
• Fluent spoken and written English and French is a must
• Excellent IT commands
• Strong organizational skills
