For our client, a leading provider of corporate services, we are currently seeking to recruit an Account Manager for their Zurich office
Job Description
- Independently manage and advise a diverse client portfolio on business management, accounting, tax, and social security issues, including comprehensive client communication.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, VAT statements, and tax returns for individuals and legal entities in Switzerland.
- Oversee financial and payroll accounting, and handle administrative tasks such as recording minutes for board and management meetings, and approving financial statements.
- Undertake board of director and management mandates, and manage company formations, reorganizations, and liquidations.
- Process payment orders adhering to the dual control principle.
The Successful Applicant
- Completed basic commercial or business management training, with advanced certifications in the fiduciary sector (such as a federal certificate or diploma as a fiduciary expert).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in fiduciary, accounting or auditing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss tax, finance, and accounting principles.
- Strong IT skills,, MS Office (particularly Excel)
- High customer orientation with excellent social and communication abilitie
- Resilient and motivated, with a passion for their work.
- Fluent in both German and English.
