About Our Client
Our client, a global leader in innovative drug delivery systems, is seeking a Global Sustainability Reporting Manager. This role is part of the core sustainability team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Sustainability.

Job Description
  • Lead ESG-related reporting exercises to support annual sustainability reporting and address ESG questionnaires and rankings (e.g., CDP, Ecovadis).
  • Maintain sustainability metrics and ensure compliance with commitments, standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., UNGC, SBTi). Lead engagement with ESG rating agencies (e.g., MSCI).
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in sustainability reporting standards and overall ESG regulations.
  • Develop and collect supporting data and documentation for reporting requirements, and manage internal or third-party validation and verification of sustainability data.
  • Create and implement an annual plan for community and CSR activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and developing supporting materials and presentations.


The Successful Applicant
  • 7 years in sustainability, with at least 5 years in non-financial reporting.
  • Deep understanding of ESG reporting standards and regulations, with relevant training in GRI.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to global corporate reporting exercises based on GRI, CDP, Ecovadis.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability regulations (e.g., EU CSRD, due diligence).
  • Experience in establishing data management reporting processes and tools.
  • Superior written communication skills (English).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
