Functie
This position is for one of the sites located in Tilburg. As an Site Controller will have the following responsibilities:

• Advise site leadership on financial and control matters
• Play an active role in the development of the site aligned with the company's strategy
• Prepare monthly analyses of production productivity and variations
• Manage and assist with various ad-hoc financial requests
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Document financial closings, expenses, and capital investments
• Manage local accounting functions and ensure effective internal controls
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and control measures
• Lead the local budgeting and planning process, taking action on budget deviations
• Collaborate closely with production to analyse cost drivers and financial impact
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify causes and develop corrective actions
• Responsible for the financial and legal aspects of investments at the site
• Ensure timely and comprehensive financial reporting of investments
• Engage in reducing the environmental impact

Profiel

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance & Control (or a related field)
• Experience in accounting is a plus
• At least 2 years of work experience in a role as Junior or Assistant Controller
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a structured environment
• Fits well in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Located in the area and permitted to work in The Netherlands
