Job Description

• Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify potential candidates using various sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients and candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry standards.
• Work with the Human Resources team to develop recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to the overall success of the recruitment consultancy industry.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Consultant in Recruitment' should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in the recruitment consultancy industry.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
