Job Description
- Verification of invoices & expense applications.
- Input of suppliers' invoices/petty cash/travel expense.
- Preparation of payments to suppliers & employees (Coda & manual transfer).
- Import of bank account movements to Navision & clearing of receivables/payables.
- Regular updates of Navision data (Vendor card, exchange rate, etc.).
- Filing of accounting documents/Archiving.
- Communication with vendors for correction/investigation of invoices.
- Administration related to Bank accounts & Isabel system.
- Payment schedule management and payment preparation (Monthly).
- Preparation of various closing entries in Navision.
- Verification of monthly filing documents.
- Reconciliation of BS balance with subledgers (bank accounts, payables, receivables, inventories, etc.)
- Cash flow movements check.
- Manual consolidation check.
- Other closing related tasks requested by supervisors.
- Intrastat report (monthly).
- Balance confirmation to Customers/Vendors
- Backup of the administration staff in case of absence (mainly respond to intercom).
The Successful Applicant
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting.
- You at least 3 years working in Accounting with relevant experience in GL.
- Having experience with ERP would be necessary.
- Fluent and excellent written, verbal communication in English(must) & French(preferable).
- Ability to function in a multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to meet objectives and deadlines independently with minimal supervision.
- The ability to work accurate with attention to details.
- Working knowledge of internet, email, Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Office, Word, ERP system.
