Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Material Hierarchy and SAP Material Master Data along with domain expertise in Contract Management-Tech and Supplier Relationship Management-Procurement. This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for SAP Material Hierarchy and SAP Material Master Data implementations.

Oversee project planning scheduling and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Provide expertise in Contract Management-Tech and Supplier Relationship Management-Procurement to optimize project outcomes.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.

Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.

Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.

Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management on project status and key issues.

Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Provide training and support to team members and clients on SAP Material Hierarchy and SAP Material Master Data.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP Material Hierarchy and SAP Material Master Data.

Demonstrate expertise in Contract Management-Tech and Supplier Relationship Management-Procurement.

Hold a relevant project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.

Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Display a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.

Certifications Required

PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
