Job Summary:
HKEX offers you the chance to join us in being part of a vibrant team to support the expenditure function to communicate effectively with vendor, supplier and auditors to drive continuous improvement on finance and procurement processes

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Support, drive, and implement finance and procurement initiatives
• Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure business expenditures are in compliance with internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement on finance and procurement processes / system and refine internal compliance program
• Manage finance and procurement related activities including supplier maintenance, vendor due diligence, and quotation / tender process compliance
• Assist in the monthly closing process of HKEX Group and subsidiaries
• Assist in preparation of annual / quarterly / interim reports of HKEX Group and subsidiaries and handle auditors' requests and queries
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years (Officer) or 5 years (Associate) of relevant work experience in large organisations
• Solid experience in using Oracle is preferred
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Detail-oriented and business acumen
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient with MS Office
