We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Advisory & Financing Group comprising 2 MD's, 2 Directors and a small wider team.
This is a full time 12-month Fixed Term Contract position to provide maternity cover for the current incumbent.
The role will involve:
• Extensive diary management for the whole team
• Monitor inbox of MD's / Directors - highlighting urgent issues
• Organising functions and events involving clients (Wimbledon, Client presentations etc.)
• Extensive travel organisation, including arranging visas
• Assist the team in producing reports / documents
• Processing of expenses
• Act as Gatekeeper to the MD's / Directors
• Maintain internal management systems
• Update and maintain external contact lists
• Typing correspondence (letters, email and fax)
Profile required
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and will present a professional and articulate persona at all times. They will be clear, confident and polite when dealing with internal and external parties at all levels, whether by email, face to face and by telephone. You will be highly organised, able to plan ahead and prioritise workloads and be available to the team to assist on ad-hoc queries.
Given the nature of the business and location of clients there will be a need to occasionally work flexible hours to be able to support the team effectively.
