We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President, Balance Sheet Management Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Assistant Vice President - C12) based in Changi Business Park, Singapore. The Balance Sheet Management Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
Role Introduction / Overview:
Balance Sheet Management Analyst is a role in Singapore within the Global IRRBB treasury team. This role will partner with colleagues across treasury, finance and the business to enhance existing processes and practices to create efficiencies and to support driving franchise value. There will also be regular interaction with Risk (2nd Line of Defense), audit and senior management across APAC.
Business / Team Overview:
This role is within the IRRBB team supporting entities within APAC and Australia. The mandate of the team is to ensure that the firm is able to manage, monitor and report its IRRBB exposures in line with internal policy and external regulatory expectations.

- Experience in Treasury, Finance with a focus on IRRBB

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills while working across multiple geographies, businesses and functions
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong data management and presentation preparation skills
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's /Master's degree graduate
