Major Duties:
- Conducts initial review and analysis of all Ethics requests assigned to Global Compliance Ethics Team
- Administers all Ethics Requests assigned to Global Compliance Ethics Team
- Routes requests to the appropriate Ethics Designees
- Escalates ethics requests to onshore process manager when necessary
- Follows up to ensure request approval are given on a timely manner
- Answers all inquiries related to ethics requests and disclosures
- Provides guidance in navigating ethics platform and give assistance in resolving simple system issues
- Communicates or reports complex system issue to vendor support team
- Analyzes ethics request trends through system reporting capabilities
- Assists other compliance teams generate periodic reports through ethics platform
- Supports Compliance Departments projects
- Assists with Process development
- Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
- Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; suggests improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team
- Requires organizational skills required to coordinate with several stakeholders
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Requires advanced or specialized skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures and systems
- Understands how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives
- Exchanged ideas and information effectively with others outside of own team and evaluates and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a clear manner
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3+ years of professional work experience in Financial Industry with Corporate Ethics experience in a financial institution is highly preferred
- As a specialist or lead for the team, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to team members with less experience
