How can models give actionable insight into where risk is concentrated? As a senior analyst in the Risk Analytics team, you will have an opportunity to understand how models are used for quantifying risk and how model results feed into capital management for regulatory and internal risk management purposes.

You will:
-Conduct and/or coordinate research, development and implementation of risk models
-Perform econometric analyses to support methodology development
-Perform backtests, stress tests, scenario analyses and sensitivity studies
-Conduct on-demand analyses of model changes
-Perform data analyses for various purposes
-Collaborate with teams across the globe
-Collaborate and interact with risk managers, model reviewers or other internal and external stakeholders
-Manage a team of talented and smart individuals (VP level only)
You also have (VP level only):
-5+ years of relevant work experience
-People management experience is a plus
You have:
-A degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering
-A thorough knowledge of mathematics and statistics and an internal drive to challenge and improve models with quantitative methods
-Experience in modeling
-Code development skills (Python experience is an advantage)
-Clear thinking, good business sense and judgment
-Genuine and broad interest in financial markets and derivatives
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent command of English both written and verbal
Team Profile: The Risk Analytics team has global responsibility to develop and maintain scenario design, credit, and market models for the management of credit and market risk exposure arising from the Firm's business activities. The group also provides support for internal clients with quantitative analyses and solutions.
