We are looking for an experienced Change Lead who has consistent track record of delivering change across a global finance function.
Role Summary:
The Change Lead will set the change approach and lead on workstream specific change management activities for one workstream on LSEG's Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. We are looking for an expert Change Lead who has proven record of delivering change across a global finance function.
LSEG is currently delivering a multi-year Finance Transformation journey to transform the way we work in order to build value and deliver balanced growth for the business. The Beacon Program will drive efficiency and improve benefits on Billing, Accounting, Finance Operations and Reporting for LSEG by moving to a single Enterprise Resource Planning and Performance Management supplier. This involves a greenfield ERP implementation allowing LSEG to adopt the latest cloud offerings and bring a future-proof platform.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Develops, runs and implements workstream specific change management activities, demonstrating the Change Management Playbook which sets out the Beacon change approach.
- Works closely with the Head of Change to set the vision and core messaging for the workstream, ensuring and/or reinforcing consensus. Works closely with the Workstream Lead to agree priorities, handle key partners and ensure full business readiness ahead of each release.
- Works closely with the Training Manager and Communications Manager to ensure alignment across communications, engagement and training.
- Resolves impacted partner population and the corresponding personas, working closely with the Technical Leads and SMEs.
- Is responsible for the execution of the change plan and corresponding deliverables (e.g. stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, personas).
- Directs and leads the Change Support Manager (if provided) on the change activities within the workstream.
- Liaises with the UAT lead to ensure provision of change support where required (e.g. communications and engagement).
- Owns project status reporting and provides key progress updates to Beacon Leadership and PMO.
- Identifies change-related issues, risks, dependencies and assumptions as they arise; prepares mitigation actions to address these in a timely manner and implement as appropriate.
- Is responsible for the business readiness assessment prior to Go Live, working closely with the Training Manager, Communications Manager and key workstream stakeholders.
- Leads the measurement of benefits adoption following Go Live, working closely with key workstream stakeholders.
- Liaises with the FTOM lead to ensure provision of change support where required (e.g. communications and engagement).
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Proven success as a Business Change Manager/Change Lead. Detailed understanding of Change Management frameworks and standard methodology.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end ERP project implementations. Familiarity and experience in conducting change impact analyses and change readiness assessments.
- Experience in establishing stakeholder maps and building stakeholder confidence through relationship management.
- Ability to support the creation and maintenance of all programme-related training materials!
- Able to work optimally at all levels in an organisation!
