Position Title: Client Portfolio Manager
Experience: 4-7 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between Portfolio Management teams and sales/marketing, proactively managing relationships to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the institutional marketplace, particularly the integration of investment portfolios within broader risk management frameworks.
-Collaborating closely with fund managers to effectively market multi-asset funds, including updating and crafting presentations for client pitches and updates.
-Analyzing and adapting the positioning of products by comprehending the competitive landscape and tailoring key messages to align with evolving client requirements.
-Creating high-caliber investment, market, and fund content through various mediums for different client segments.
-Working in tandem with other Investment Specialists to generate regular reporting and insightful commentary.
-Ensuring RFPs are completed with excellence by populating, updating, and managing an RFP content library.
-Engaging with internal stakeholders to address specific client and consultant inquiries with precision and expertise.
Skills:
- 4+ years of prior experience; previous exposure to the investment management industry is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the capability to perform detailed work while multitasking effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, and Aladdin databases is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of programming and data visualization tools such as Python, Tableau/Power BI, and SQL will be considered a plus.
