Buy side analyst - family office

We are a multi-asset, sector agnostic family office with investments across geographies. We invest across stages and employ counter cyclical investing methods. Our time horizon is long. Our investing canvas is extremely wide.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and qualifications:

1) Deep intellectual curiosity, matched with a strong work ethic.

2) Ability to think critically. This is a buy-side role.

3) Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. Without this, you will not fit in.

4) Strong academic qualifications -at least 2 levels of the CFA Program and/or an MBA in finance

5) Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Bloomberg

6) A positive attitude towards work and be motivated and self-driven

7) The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of investment experience

8) You will report to the CIO and work closely with him.

The key responsibilities in this role are:

1) Researching companies that we are looking to explore, culminating in a succinct investment memo

2) Tracking portfolio companies and companies on the watchlist

3) Applying a valuation framework which emphasizes GARP (Growth at a reasonable price), however - with an emphasis on reasonable price.

This is a role without any bias or commercial imperative. Our only consideration is to make strong investment decisions.
