Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is crucial to expanding our client base and driving the firm’s growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients by understanding their financial needs, objectives, and concerns.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and opportunities in the wealth management industry. Utilize this information to refine business development strategies.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including databases, personal networks, industry events, social media, and direct outreach. Qualify leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner.

Collaboration: Work closely with the firm's financial advisors and investment professionals to create customized proposals and presentations that address prospective clients' financial goals.

Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to contract negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the firm’s CRM system.

Brand Ambassador: Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Client Education: Educate potential clients on the firm’s value proposition, investment philosophy, and range of services offered.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress against targets, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management services.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and key decision-makers.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.

- Proficiency in Practifi and Microsoft Office Suite.
