Senior Accountant wanted for global manufacturer Your new company
You will be working for a global company who manufacturer raw materials. A new vacancy has become available for an established Accountant to join their team.
Your new role As an Accountant, your main responsibility will be to provide and prepare financial and management accounting information to management. You will research and analyse accounting data, prepare and analyse financial statements, fulfil taxation obligations, and reconcile inventory levels. Your work will assist the Financial Controller ANZ and management with budget and resource allocation decisions, as well as provide records for industry compliance and external auditing purposes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of company income tax laws- Advanced knowledge of Australian accounting standards and policies
- Advanced spreadsheeting and word processing skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Tertiary degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with 5+ years of experience
- Ideally CPA qualified
