Your new role
Your new role as Client Services Officer will provide client services and administration support to a small team whilst working alongside a team of administration staff. Your role will include the following duties:Preparation of workflow reports Allocation of all compliance and capacity planning for team members Weekly team meetings Regular review of WIP Regular review of team and individual budgets Invoicing and FuseSign to clients Ensure ATO lodgement compliance Ensure ATO obligations are met on behalf of clients Facilitating month and quarter BAS and PAYG reminders Support to wider administration team as required What you'll need to succeed
This role offers a supportive and directive environment, to succeed in the role you will need:Demonstrated administration experience in an office environment A positive attitude to training and development Motivation to contribute to a positive team culture Confidence to speak with clients and colleagues of all levels in the business A proactive approach in the workplace Excellent written and verbal communication Administration experience within an accounting firm will be highly regarded What you'll get in return
