Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including income, sales, and payroll taxes.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and support business objectives.
Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Manage tax audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
Prepare detailed tax reports and forecasts for management review.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the tax team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure integrated financial strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
