3i Fund is a New-York based principal investment firm specialized in financing public companies. Our goal is to provide transparent investments and form longstanding partnerships with companies with a propensity for innovation. 3i Fund is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst who will be responsible for evaluating and supporting new investments.
Responsibilities
* Work on the investment due diligence process from inception to completion, which typically involves business research, financial analysis and reviewing transaction documentation
* Assist in the preparation of investment committee memos
* Conduct capital markets research, while qualifying investment opportunities
* Prepare written reports of existing investments for management
* Assist with reviewing transaction documentation and provide recommendations when negotiation investments
* Perform ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of relevant investment experience
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics
* Strong analytical skills including financial statement analysis
* Attention to detail, strong work ethic and an ability to work independently
* Excellent computer (Excel, Word), written and verbal communication skills
* CFA or progress towards a CFA is a plus
