Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Strategy Manager for our Growth Team — a business unit focused on management consulting, strategy development, and searching for new prospective niches for entry for our portfolio companies, as well as the launch of B2C focused web and mobile applications.

We seek optimistic, proactive candidates who possess substantial field expertise and would empower our growth team with their relentless drive to turn their own ideas into actionable hypotheses and then into working business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the strategy development of portfolio companies
• Search and analysis of prospective niches for entry
• Identification and analysis of bottlenecks in portfolio-wide processes
• Supporting delivery of ad-hoc requests from portfolio companies
• Supporting portfolio-wide knowledge-sharing projects
• Conducting market and product analysis
• Support M&A-related activities for portfolio companies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in valuation, transactions support, IB, PE, VC, management consulting, or other consulting & investment related positions
• Financial modeling and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills. Ability to structure and analyze data, find patterns, organize ideas
• Fluent English

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of IT product and marketing metrics 
• Experience with popular analytics tools used for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.) and intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Semrush, Sensor Tower, etc.)
