Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is a sizable property developer with business across the globe. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as a Corporate Finance Manager to join the team.

Responsbilities:

• Responsible for researching, assessing potential deals, providing business and financial recommendations on investment projects
• Handle deal execution including due diligence, deal structuring, working on listing rules compliance matters
• Maintain internal controls over finance function, as well as proper compliance with relevant regulation and company policies and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties
• Assist in ad-hoc project(s)

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Qualified CPA/ CFA charterholder
• At least 6 years relevant working experience with big 4 audit firm or PRC / Hong Kong Real Estate companies or investment banks
• Knowledge in PRC finance markets is preferred
• Possess quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to perform analysis
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Points and Chinese typing
