Description
As a market leader within the payments sector, this premier institution continues to record impressive financial performance and invest in innovation. Due to internal mobility and career progression, it is looking for a dynamic and commercial CFO, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
This is a highly visible role with frequent interaction with the board, investors and senior management. Leading a high performing team, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of finance including financial reporting, regulatory accounting, management reporting, performance management, tax and capital management. You will provide a valuable insight into the performance drivers, enforce the effectiveness of accounting and financial control policies and procedures, and develop and implement the strategy for the business performance across all payment products and customer segments. You will work closely with the senior management and line managers in setting annual budget and targets, monitoring costs and driving active cost management, and driving investment optimization and efficient capital management.
Requirements
You will possess at least 20 years of relevant experience including a proven track record in leadership and senior management roles gained at global corporates. Payments and financial services experience is preferred but not a must. With strong communication and influencing skills, you are commercial, strategic, solutions-oriented, driven and possess the gravitas of a credible leader.
