An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Finance Manager to join a small, high-performing team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller (Australian based), you will be responsible for managing the finance function for our Singapore subsidiary with assistance from the broader finance team which is based in Australia.

There will be a range of responsibilities, including:
- End to end responsibility for the local Singapore accounts including the month end accounting process and production of management packs.
- Preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with respective local and group accounting standards
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll
- Liaising with external auditors and tax agents
- Preparation of quarterly GST filing
- Performing daily reconciliation of client deposits and withdrawals against bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Manage account payables and receivables for both external and inter-company agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedures.
About you
Skills and experience we are ideally looking for:
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant accounting experience in a similar position
- Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting plus CPA
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- High level of attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Other skills and experience that would be ideal but are not essential:
- Interest in/knowledge of the Crypto industry.
- Previous experience within Fintech or financial services
