About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

Your Role:
  • Know Your Customer
    • Key Personnel
      • Establish relationship with C-suite contacts. Understand their background and track record. Identify decision makers and influencers. Build personal relationships.
    • Client Infrastructure
      • Understand the level of infrastructure the client has invested in. Know their other service providers, vendors and understand their current pain points.
    • Fund Structure and Strategy
      • Understand the fund structure and related entities. Understand investment strategy and short and long term business vision.
  • Sales / Client Integration
    • New Sales - Existing Clients
      • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by upselling additional CITCO products/ services.
    • Client On-boarding
      • Assist in the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches.
    • Client Training
      • Ensure client is familiar with CITCO systems, processes, output.
  • Client Service Level Management
    • Service Level Agreement
      • Negotiate SLA's with the client in line with the service proposal in coordination with the relevant Operations Team.
    • NAV Review
      • High level post review of NAV package to ensure familiarity with the client account.
    • Communication Strategy
      • Agree format of formal communication strategy with client (quarterly meetings, monthly calls etc.). The RM will be responsible for executing the communication strategy.
    • Client Liaison
      • Represent client internally and manage internal communication with business lines, operational teams, support teams etc.
    • SLA Metric Management
      • Monitor and manage SLA metric and deliverables. Update SLA's as new service requirements are agreed. Identify scope drift and its impact on forecasted revenues/ profitability.
    • KPI Reporting
      • Prepare KPI's for internal and external distribution (Heat charters and RM packs for clients)
  • Client P and L
    • FTE Reviews
      • On-going analysis of FTE requirements and conduct investigations into abnormal activity via deep dive operational reviews.
    • Profitability Reviews
      • Review profitability of client accounts and address negative trends.
  • Risk Management
    • KRI's Management
      • Monitor client KRI's and conduct periodic reviews.
    • Incident Management
      • Review incidents and implement mitigating action plans. Communicate and resolve incidents with clients.
    • Internal Reporting
      • Prepare local and global presentations/ reports as required on client relationships
  • Due Diligence Reviews
    • IDD's Requests
      • Prepare/ review IDD requests and attend IDD's calls
    • Operational DD's
      • Conduct and organize IM operational DD's and coordinate with internal Ops teams

Qualifications

About You:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification (i.e. CA, CPA or ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience in the financial services sector and/ or hedge fund industry.
  • With 6+ years of experience in managing and handling a team, per department
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving skills with high degree of attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high demand environment
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Good client/ business relationship management
  • Strong client relationship management skills with proven ability to provide high quality service and manage difficult relationships.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
  • Ability to travel on business trips to meet clients
