Gresham Hunt are pleased to be partnered with one of the worlds largest independent brokers, hiring for an FP&A Manger to join their team in London.
Due to a sustained period of growth this team has identified the need for an FP&A Manager to focus on cash performance. This is a highly visible role at group level offering a fantastic degree of stakeholder engagement groupwide.
This role is designated to be home based with the occasional need to attend meetings in their London office.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly cashflow, weekly short term cash forecast for the group, and associated tasks.
Work with the group to understand and challenge cash performance, working capital movements and budget variances.
Prepare ad-hoc forecasts and reporting analysis for investors and/or board.
Review and challenge quarterly budgets and quarterly re-forecasts.
Track the M&A pipeline, understanding cash requirements and implications on the forecast.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA).
At least two years post qualified experience, ideally gained within either financial services or a group function.
Self motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Excel proficiency
