Ria Money Transfer, a leading international money transfer company, has been operating in Malaysia since 2015. We are part of the multinational North American Euronet group (Nasdaq EEFT) and are represented in 165 countries. Established in 1987, Ria offers its customers a fast, reliable and secure way to send money worldwide. We are looking for a motivated person for our finance department in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities primarily include AR collections, AR reconciliation and credit limit management.

Responsibilities primarily include AR collections, AR reconciliation and credit limit management.
Responsibilities
- Contacting agents by phone/email to remind them to pay.
- Reconciling deposits entered in accounting system with outstanding dues. Follow up for any short payments.
- Drafting and sending reminder letters.
- Adjustment of the credit limit to the production and payment behavior of the agents.
- Handling agent calls for assistance related to credit limit.
- Preparing daily aging report.
- Entering funds received in accounting system and reconciling deposits against all digital app generated orders.
- Send balance confirmation and tax forms to agents.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors in accounting/management studies.
- Relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English. Additional language skills like Malay/ Tamil/ Mandarin are an advantage.
- Independent, diligent and motivated to take initiatives.
- Good user skills in MS Office.
