Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Associate shall assist in the implementation of different quality control (QC) test procedures.

He/She is responsible for conducting various Day-2 review activities for Collections and ensuring that all errors are reported on time for prompt resolution.

• Conducts call monitoring with the collection agents and collection agencies.
• Provide observation to the People Development Team
• Document call monitoring results
• Escalates to immediate supervisor any error or issues that may result to operational risks.
• Performs back up functions to ensure that the team's review standard turn-around time is met.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business, banking and finance or statistics course.
• Preferably with experience related to Collections and/or handling self-assessment tests or quality assurance and training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Organized and keen attention to detail.
