- Work closely with the GLC Leadership Team to drive strategic changes in the Division's operating models, processes, digitization, and workforce transformation.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to strategize, plan, and manage the (strategic) changes, implementations, and transitions.
- Drive the Division's strategic initiatives and ensure their successful rollout across the Division.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder buy-in, with implementation focus on value-creation and futureproofing GLC strategic plans.

Qualifications
Who you are
- Degree holder with proven track record in leading transformation program management with Financial Institutions and managing multiple diverse priorities.
- Able to pick up new areas fast, adapt quickly to changing demands, and embrace ambiguity.
- Highly organised and acute attention to details.
- High EQ and comfortable with presentation and engagement with Senior Management and Cross-functional Stakeholders.
