Finance Manager

Aurex Group is partnering with a real estate REIT to seek for an Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in preparation of board papers and quarterly financial statements for SGX announcement and checking of numbers etc. for results presentations, business update and media releases
• Processing creditors invoices, payments and monitoring the creditors ledgers in Yardi for REIT Trust and its Singapore subsidiaries
• Preparation of Trustee Instructions for REIT payments, loan drawdown/repayment/roll-over, contracts and engagement letters, and any other matters requiring trustee sign-off
• Monitoring debt covenant and Fitch Ratings metrics
• Responsible for preparation and on time submission of debt covenant certificates to banks
• Liaison with bank on all Singapore bank account matters
• Providing support in secretarial / compliance
• Preparation of Board of Directors and ARC Papers
• Providing support in year-end audit and preparation of financial statements for auditors' review

Qualification

• Bachelor of Accounting or Commerce or Certified Accountant
• Min 7 years of experience within similar industry
• Able to handle multitasking, self-motivated, well-organised, and committed to meeting tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
