The role of Financial Analyst is to work with the finance team regionally and corporately to analyze financial data and report to all levels of management and customers while maintaining a positive work environment and a good customer relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Update and maintain monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
• Assist in month/quarter end close process and preparation of financial statements
• Prepare monthly comparison of Carrier Revenue by line of business
• Assist in acquisition revenue reconciliation
• Prepare initial earnout production to Income statement review
• Compile and analyze monthly expense analysis
• Prepare Management reports and analysis as requested

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)

• College degree required
• 1-3 years' Accounting data processing experience preferred (i.e. reconciliations)
• Strong Excel skills required
• Access/Database knowledge a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong initiative and problem solving capability
• Experience with BenefitPoint, Epic, and Microsoft Office preferred
