Your New Role
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will be the driving force behind maintaining the customer base. Your role involves proactive inbound and outbound engagement, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and expertise. You will be the face of the company, providing clear and concise advice on our life insurance products and fostering long-term loyalty.
What You'll Need to SucceedRG146 qualification is mandatory, covering Tier 1 Generic Knowledge, Tier 1 Superannuation, Tier 1 Life Insurance, and Tier 1 Managed Investments. Proven experience in customer retention, preferably in a high-volume contact centre environment. Exceptional emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs and challenges. Expertise in life insurance products, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively is desirable.
