Job Description: As the M&A Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading financial analysis and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic investments. You will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate potential deals, assess financial risks and benefits, and ensure that transactions align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence efforts, including the assessment of target companies' financial health and valuation.
- Develop and present detailed financial models to support decision-making in M&A transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate finance and group treasury, to ensure successful integration of acquisitions.
- Monitor post-acquisition financial performance and support the integration process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on potential M&A opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting M&A activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Accounting qualification preferred
- Exposure in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking and financial due diligence
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
