Job Description: As the FP&A Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital. You will work closely with the finance team and senior stakeholders to develop and implement global cash management strategies that support the company's growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage cash flow forecasting models to ensure accurate short-term and long-term liquidity planning.
- Monitor the company's cash position and scenario plan the company's cash operations.
- Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to optimize working capital management
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on cash management to senior leadership.
- Lead monthly and quarterly cash flow analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within cash management functions.
Qualifications:
- An accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, oir similar).
- Experience within an FP&A function with a focus on cash management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in cash flow modeling.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
