Payroll & Business Partnering Analyst, UK & US | Finance | London

Your new role
Our new Payroll & Business Partnering Analyst will join our team of 4 in London, taking on a hybrid role across payroll, business partnering, and finance responsibilities for the Fund internationally.
It is essential to have experience within US payroll operations as this will be a key duty for the new seat to support our New York office, along with responsibilities across London operations. This will include:

This role is based on site at London King's Cross Estate, one of the core assets of the Fund's global portfolio, with a hybrid working schedule.

Your new role
Our new Payroll & Business Partnering Analyst will join our team of 4 in London, taking on a hybrid role across payroll, business partnering, and finance responsibilities for the Fund internationally.
It is essential to have experience within US payroll operations as this will be a key duty for the new seat to support our New York office, along with responsibilities across London operations. This will include:
Payroll processes
- Manage and maintain payroll processing, supporting an end-to-end function (including starters, movers, leavers, and third parties)
- Facilitate reporting on payroll updates weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, according to obligations.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure necessary payroll data has been acquired.
- Suggest payroll improvements process where needed and advise this to senior stakeholders.
- Engage with third party providers to maintain the highest quality of service delivery.
- Provide support and advise on other payroll matters, tax, pensions, global mobility.
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver monthly financial reporting for management reporting, costs analytics, and variance analysis for the local offices.
- Collate and input data, including policy updates and planning activities.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Contributing to financial compliance and governance reporting activities relating to the local regions.
- Contribute to business planning processes and forecasting throughout the year

What you'll need

- Significant experience working specifically with US payroll cycles, in additional to UK.
- Proven track record in all aspects of full cycle payroll processing
- Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant payroll, pension, benefits regulation and legislation internationally.
- Excellent track record with ERP systems (Oracle and ADP experience are a plus)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and accounting skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys setting priorities and working to deadlines.
- Relevant degree/qualifications within finance/accounting.
