The incumbent will be responsible for accurate and timely billing, ensure an excellent customer experience, which in turn drives achievement of company financial targets. The job holder will be responsible for planning and managing bill runs, creation of Invoices and sending it to our third party Invoicing Vendor for distribution and uploads into MY Refinitiv and government portals. The objective is to ensure accurate and timely generation of Invoices and distribution while maintaining industry standards. This is a people manager position and as a result, the person will be responsible for the well being of the team and demonstrating the LSEG values and leadership behaviours.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan a complete the Bill Runs ensuring accurate and on time delivery of invoices
  • Understand functional specifications and perform system / Billing testing and debugging as the need arises.
  • Participate in unit tests, to ensure that the systems function effectively.
  • Work on Jira and testing to ensure that all features integrate well with one another before the scheduled activity / SAP Jobs
  • Collaborating with functional and technical teams.
  • Provide technical support and solve during the Scheduled Billing Run Jobs.
  • To make the technical manuals or user guides about the software solutions they developed and implemented.
  • Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the process gaps identified.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on projects -helping team to develop solutions.
  • Monitor system and all the programmed jobs in SAP as per the agreed schedule, & highlight risk and troubleshoot as applicable.
  • Determine when to escalate to management as opposed to following scripted procedures, depending on the seriousness of the anomaly.
  • Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Bill Run Guidelines and SAP best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years SAP Technical Consultant or similar role (SAP Certification)
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile framework.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
  • Strong SAP experience in the Billing (SD), SAP-SDC/DRC (invoicing), Billing-Variant configuration,
  • Pricing, SAP-Reporting, and Finance (FI-RMCA) modules
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in AR Domain [Brief Understanding of accounting business processes]
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comprehend business & technical processes.
  • Proficiency in English Written & Verbal Communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with Support and Business team.
  • Experience with SDLC Methodologies like ASAP
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Experienced in driving teams to deliver results and expected outcomes
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement attitude
