Position Summary
Accurate and timely billing ensures an excellent customer experience, which drives achievement of company financial targets. The job holder will be responsible for managing bill runs, creation of Invoices and sending it to our third party Invoicing Vendor for distribution and uploads into MY Refinitiv and government portals. The objective is to ensure accurate and timely generation of Invoices and distribution while maintaining industry standards

Role Responsibilities
- Generate and transmit invoices to the customer in a scheduled/timely fashion.
- Responsible to perform necessary checks & validation before / during and after scheduled bill runs, with 100% accuracy.
- Assess and understand client business processes to recommend SAP solutions.
- To conduct software testing, such as unit tests, to ensure that the systems function optimally and that all features integrate well with one another.
- Provide support, training, and guidance for projects / initiatives involving SAP (Systems Applications and Products)
- Prove troubleshoot and tech process support services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions into existing systems.
- Evaluate demands and implement changes.
- Delivery of quality solutions and documentation in line with company policies and standards.
- To oversees the tasks of monitoring bill run jobs and to ensure each invoice jobs are completed in full, without any issues/error.
- Round-the-clock Support during the scheduled Bill Run & Weekend bill run support as required.
- Perform analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate process solutions.
- Update Bill run checklist & database with new validation and process updates on a timely manner.
- Participate in JIRA testing & delivery of small to medium sized projects.
- To Handle and resolve Service Tickets & Incidents
- Take part in the delivery of small to medium sized projects.
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in SAP SD and AR Domain (extensive hands-on experience with SAP systems and programs, preferably AR Billing support)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Experience in AR Domain [Brief Understanding of accounting business processes]
- Strong SAP experience in the Billing (SD), SAP-SD Variant configuration, Pricing, and Finance (FI) modules
- Require excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good project management capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend business & technical processes.
- Proficiency in English Written & Verbal Communication
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with Support and Business team.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
