Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an exciting new position within our Customer Service Team. Education Mutual serves schools across the UK for a niche financial service. We need energetic, enthusiastic people to provide a professional, friendly service.

This is an onsite role based in our Mansfield office ( NG18 5FB) , Monday to Friday, between 8.30-4.30PM.

How you'll make an impact

• Respond to member enquiries
• Develop relationships with schools and other stakeholders as required
• Process claims
• Attend and contribute to team meetings
• Negotiate and handle member complaints
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve better results
• Update the CRM with customer information
• Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

About You

• Customer service within an office environment, including telephone experience.
• Previous claims processing experience desirable.
• Eligible to work in the UK
