Manager, Corporate Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and monitor the group's treasury position and compliance with loan covenants and regulations, assist with bank loan financing/re-financing exercises and monitor the overall cash flow position, including funds utilization and the prompt upstream of funds from dividends & interests.

You oversee the management and monitoring of the assigned group of companies and assets, including:

• Review of monthly management report, analysis of variances and monitoring of expenditures;
• Resolution of accounting, taxation, legal, regulatory and operational issues arising;
• Manage taxation issues and be alerted to tax exposures, and ensure prompt filing of statutory taxes; and
• Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and the implementation thereof in the group accounts.

You provide support for acquisitions, divestments and due diligence activities, assist with due diligence review, structuring, accounting proforma and review transaction documents.

You will assist with the preparation and/or review of the quarterly and yearly SGX Announcement, financial reports and presentation materials for the Board & Audit Committee, quarterly, interim and year-end financial reporting and audits for the Group, including the annual audited financial statements and Annual Report.

You support the monitoring of compliance with the Group's policies and procedures and carry out such duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company Officers acting on behalf of the Company.

Key Requirements

You possess a Degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in corporate treasury function and real estate background. You are a team player with strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
