As a Grants Adviser, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of client grant applications, assessing eligibility, conducting grant writing, research and analysis, reviews, project management, and consulting with clients.

What will your typical week look like?

• Undertake research to identify grant and funding possibilities for clients both within Australia and overseas
• Provide proactive strategic guidance to clients, aligning grant opportunities with their organisational goals.
• Develop compelling and compliant grant and funding proposals, ensuring alignment with application requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end grant application process, including the development of internal approval (exec and Board) business case documents
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with grant authorities, client groups and stakeholders to expand funding sources
• Maintain organised records of grant-related activities for internal workflow management
• Provide grant-related services, encompassing case studies, designing & writing, editing & reviews, acquittals, and milestone reporting

Let's talk about you

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple grant writing engagements within tight deadlines
• Effective communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Working knowledge of specific industry / Sectors ideally including Education, Agribusiness, Not-for-Profit, and Franchising is highly desirable
• Strong fact finding, growth focused, opportunity-based research and analysing skills
• Experienced in developing and presenting business plans and capability to prepare and present compelling grant related presentations and submissions.
• Driven to make a lasting impact on businesses and NFPs by ensuring they are well-informed about grants and funding opportunities.
