The Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards is responsible to support the Director of People Experience on the implementation of Reward Business Plan and HR Top Priorities and initiatives as well as ensuring rewards in line with the Company and Group policies and industry practice.

1. Managing end-to-end Performance Management cycle for the organisation
2. Lead in CEO & EXCO members KPI setting alignment sessions

3. Manage PM and Rewards workshop for all employees and performance managers
4. Manage Year End Review cycle ie annual salary increment, bonus payout and LTI proposals
5. Drive and lead in year end calibration conversation with EXCOs and Head of Departments
6. Support in drafting Board papers and proposals for approval
7. Manage projects related to the Performance & Rewards function
8. Extensive collaboration with Prudential Group and other local business units within Malaysia
9. Manage staff cost budgeting for PruBSN and work closely with Finance in managing staff cost
10. Participate in remuneration survey particularly with Willis Towers Watson consultants
11. Lead and guide wider HR team on Job Evaluation based on WTW methodology
