Job Description
Senior Manager, Change Optimisation, BCM Digital
• 12 months max term
• Location: Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide
How will I help?
This role sits within the BRM Digital team, which will see you supporting an Executive Manager. As a Senior Manager in the team, you will drive risk and compliance thought leadership and be responsible for supporting the business with overseeing change governance and risk deliverables across strategic change programs and initiatives relevant to and impacting Digital and Consumer Finance. This role is also responsible for partnering with key stakeholders on all Digital and Consumer Finance change matters, with responsibility for implementing solutions to meet our obligations and legislative requirements.
The role will see you perform key responsibilities including but not limited to; working with a team of risk professionals, contribute to ensuring the divisional and business operations and risk management practices align to the frameworks, policies, risk strategy, regulatory obligations, and appetite of the Group and Division. Furthermore, drive and produce quality risk and compliance advice on Digital and Consumer Finance change projects and initiatives. Ensure a pragmatic and fit for purpose solution is implemented for Digital and Consumer Finance including ensuring issues are addressed by the project or a clear pathway to green is documented. Support a strong risk culture that embodies our ethics and integrity, balancing commercial and customer needs, including driving risk and compliance awareness.

What do I need?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will have; 5+ years of operational risk, compliance, assurance or legal experience. Have a background in financial services and preferred exposure to digital or retail banking. Relevant tertiary qualifications and relevant industry qualifications (risk, compliance or business-related). Confident stakeholder engagement skills including influencing and negotiating. Strong verbal and written communication.
